Diane Elizabeth Clarke is a professional astrologer, teacher, writer & researcher, and has been in private practice since 1972. A graduate of UC Santa Barbara and a former social worker for Los Angeles County, she blends her astrological expertise with an extensive background in psychological, metaphysical and spiritual studies, mythology, alternative health disciplines and feng shui. Diane has been writing her monthly astrological forecast, Cosmic Weather Report, since 1986, and is currently writing a book on chart interpretation based on her 45 years’ experience applying the theories of pioneering astrologer, Carl Payne Tobey. In addition, she teaches Astrology 101, and is the founder/facilitator of the Astrology Forum of Southern Nevada. Diane is a member of OPA (Organization of Professional Astrologers), NCGR (National Council for Geocosmic Research) and ISAR (International Society for Astrological Research).
On a personal note, Diane is a Virgo with both the Moon & Ascendant in Libra. She lives in Las Vegas with her husband, Heinz, and daughter, Amanda; prior to 2001, she lived & practiced in San Diego, Maui and British Columbia. In her spare time, Diane enjoys spending time with her family, friends & felines, traveling, gardening & landscape design, feng shui, tarot, swimming & floating, reading, music and music performance. She plays the C flute in the UNLV Community Concert Band, and the bass flute in the Las Vegas Flute Ensemble and the Sirocco Flute Choir of Las Vegas.
